    Speaker Bio:

    Elaine has a catering background stemming from her enjoyment of Catering College whereby she was involved with Butchery, Bakery, Diets, Allergies,  Five star dining/A la Carte and so much more involved with a catering establishment including becoming a MRIPH (Member of the Royal Institute Of Public Health & Hygiene) which later became Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH). Various roles involving frozen foods, supermarkets, a catering equipment wholesaler and national catering equipment manufacturers meant her travelling throughout the UK but 24 years ago on marrying Andrew their company Sterling Foodservice Design was founded. With Andrew’s vast knowledge of operational catering and design and Elaine’s knowledge of catering equipment and Health and Safety they soon became an award winning international Consultancy
